As so many people are quick to complain about services, I wish to praise two of your employees for the fantastic service they provided during an emotional and complicated move.  I know them only as Sam and Pete from the Grantham depot and they should be applauded for their professionalism and support when I moved from Cranwell to Suffolk last month. I have moved numerous times during the past 20 years and can honestly say that they were the best team we have ever used and they must be congratulated!

Your removal men delivered the gear from Berlin this morning. I want to thank you again for the professionalism of your organisation and for the speed with which you set things up and responded to questions; plus, not least, your flexibility about the collection date in Berlin.

We moved into our house last Wednesday as you will know, the guys came along with our gear and delivered it into the rooms in double quick time, they were really great, helpful, polite (even when they had carried really heavy stuff all over the house for an hour) and a credit to your company – the guys constantly asked if where we asked them to put things was the right place and seemed genuinely happy to move things if I made a mistake.

Just like to say what a first class job you did for us from start to finish. Please thank all concerned…

On Wednesday I had my furniture delivered in Livorno. I wish to compliment and thank your company for the excellent work and the accuracy in delivering, unpacking and placing each single item where I asked in a very short time.

Now the move has been completed and I am settled into my new apartment, I just wanted to record my thanks and appreciation for your super removal service. I must say I was very impressed by the way the move was handled from start to finish – totally professional and efficient and your removal men did an excellent job both at pick up-point in the UK, as well as the delivery in Bloemendaal. A first class job – well done and thanks again.

Just wanted to let you know how pleased we were with the service Paul and Sid gave in packing our house this week. They were great guys, worked extremely hard, and were so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they did a fantastic job of squeezing every last square inch of space in our container. Very pleased we chose F+N!

Just a note to say thank you to you and the three guys who helped me move house on Tuesday. They were great, worked hard, and had it all done in no time.
