It’s important to all of us here at F&N Worldwide that we provide the highest quality services and the best value for money, as well as ensuring we do our part to limit our impact on climate change and the environment.
As BAR members, we meet the BS EN 12522 Quality Standard – something we are audited on annually to ensure our services meet these strict standards. In addition to this, we also maintain the FAIM standard as members of FIDI.
Our three quality objectives are:
- To provide our clients with the highest practicable standards of quality, service and reliability
- To support the company’s administrative, planning and operational activities with all the necessary equipment, resources and training
- To recognise that quality is the responsibility of all members of the company
Suggestions for ways to improve the quality of our service are also taken on board in our monthly management review meetings.
From our packaging materials to our grouping of collections and deliveries, we’re constantly reviewing what we do and who our suppliers are to maintain our reputation as a green company.
We recycle and segregate our paper and plastic waste, repair and properly maintain our vehicles – including aero-dynamic fleet vehicles. Our staff are part of this commitment, too, with training influenced by our environmental policies.
