For more than 20 years F+N Removals, Storage and Shipping has maintained its position at the forefront of transportation and warehousing throughout Europe and beyond. Founded in West Berlin in the twilight of the seventies, F+N attributes its prosperity and the expansion of its customer base to dedication, determination and diligence to provide for every demand made by their customers.
From Germany F+N's branches stretched to encompass the whole of continental Europe. However, the Company saw no boundaries to its ambitions for growth and in 1983 F+N Removals brought its professional service to the UK, setting up a branch in Melton Mowbary. From here F+N Removals seized the increasing opportunities to secure contracts within the corporate and trade worlds, capitalizing on the growing trend of company relocation to industrial parks and enterprise centres.
In 1985 the Company moved to premises in Grantham where its reputation for cost-effective efficiency, reliability and quality soon required F+N Removals to acquire new, larger premises at Autumn Park, Grantham. This modern site has enabled the Company to provide a far more flexible service, allowing it to increase its fleet by eight, thus enhancing its existing strength within the removals and storage industries.
F+N tailors its service to suit a variety of clients from direct house-to-house relocation, to a complete 'turn key' operation whereby the Company's highly professional, experienced employees provide information on preparation for removals, give customer clearance information, visit the client after close of business in order to pack and clear customer files and effects into numbered crates, remove the crates to the new premises and, on arrival, set up the furniture and reinstate the files so that business can recommence at the earliest juncture.
If, however a direct location to location move is not warranted, F+N Removals will store the contents of an office or home at its modern containerized warehouses.
The flexibility of F+N's all round service is illustrated by its ability to solve office congestion through its file storage system whereby shelved, self enclosed storage modules are filled either on site at F+N's warehouse, thus offering easy access to the client without the loss of valuable office space.
