As members of the British Association of Removers we are required to meet the BS EN 12522 Quality Standard – and we are happy to comply. An independent auditor visits us once a year to make sure we are up to scratch.
Our membership of FIDI requires we maintain the FAIM standard that is set for all the overseas shipping companies around the world who aspire to the very best quality criteria. The FAIM system is monitored in full every two years by a personal visit from an outside auditor employed by Ernst & Young – their rigorous approach to their responsibilities keeps us on our toes!
All our customers are asked to complete a “Nobody’s Perfect” satisfaction form. These forms are recorded and tabulated so we can keep an eye on any slippage in our service levels. The recording of the replies is a FAIM requirement and is a quick and sure indicator of any problems that need to be addressed.
In addition to the “Nobody’s Perfect” forms we are happy to receive emails and letters about our customers – all such communications are kept in our reception area for customers to read. The suggestions and ideas are reviewed and taken on board at our monthly management review meetings.
The standards to which we work have enabled the company to enter the BAR’s Packer of the Year competition – and to win it three times!
